Delivery
After your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 working days.
Allow between 3 to 5 working days for delivery time from validation of the order. These times may vary depending on the delivery destination.
An email from Colissimo will be sent to you when your package is shipped. You will find the parcel number there allowing you to follow its delivery.
Damaged package
You notice that the packaging of your package is damaged:

Upon delivery by the postman
If you refuse it, it will be returned to the sender;
If you receive it, ask the postman to record your observation.
- Posted in your mailbox, to a neighbor or to a guardian and unopened : return it to a post office at the latest the next working day.
The package will be returned to its sender.
- You notice that the content is deemed damaged upon opening : contact us at hello@bi-bao.fr.
For any complaints, contact our service as soon as possible.
Right to retract
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 clear days from receipt of your product to return it.
The refund will be made a few days after receipt of the package by our service.
Return conditions
Contact us on the site or at hello@bi-bao.fr to request a product return.
We will send you your return slip by email.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.), in perfect condition (undamaged, unworn, unsoiled) and protected for transport.
The products must be returned to the following address: 49 rue de Croix, 59100 Roubaix.
We advise you to keep proof of this return in the event of a problem during transport.
The customer is solely responsible for the return.
Once we have received your package, the refund will be made within 14 days maximum. You can, however, opt to issue a credit note.
Any product returned incomplete, damaged or damaged will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
