Where are the products manufactured?
All our products are designed and manufactured in our workshop near Lille.
Where does the wood used come from?
The sawmill is located 70km from our workshop.
We buy our oak blocks there, from the surrounding forests.
Our wood is PEFC certified.
What are the delivery times ?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Allow between 3 to 5 days from validation of the order.
My product is damaged, what should I do?
You can send us a complaint by email, attaching photos within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

How to track my order ?
An automatic email from Colissimo is sent to you when your package is shipped. You will find the parcel number there allowing you to follow its delivery.
Can I make a return?
You have 14 clear days to return the product in its original packaging. Return delivery costs are your responsibility. Once the package is received, we will send you a refund for the amount of the product within 14 days maximum. Products returned incomplete, damaged or damaged will not be refunded.
